1. What is your real name and In-game Nickname (Main-Character) ?
2. How old are you ?
3. Where are you from and in which Time Zone is your Country Located (GTM+/-) ?
4. How long have you played World of Warcraft ?
5. How long have you played in InsaneWoW ?
6. Have you read our Rules & Regulations and have you accepted them?
7. Why do you want to become a Game Master in our server ?
8. Have you ever been a Game Master, Developer, Admin or a Moderator in any other World of Warcraft Server, what experiences do you have and why did you leave/quit ?
9. If a Higher Level Game Master tells you to ban someone for abuse, what will you do ?
10. If a player starts taunting and trying to upset you in the world chat where the whole server can read , what will you do (He is doing it while you are in your GM char)?
11. What will you do if a player insults you when you are in your normal character ?
12. What will you do if you see a player being rude and mean to other players, aswell as trying to scam them infront of you ?
13. What will you do if a player is trying to lie to you for having something and lost it , but he doesn't have proof of it ?
